Celebrate the magic of Christmas Eve and Christmas Day at Botanist with our special “We’ll Take It From Here” tasting menu crafted by Executive Chef Hector Laguna. An additional $179 per guest is available for premium wine or champagne pairings.

Reservations are required and can be booked via OpenTable for Christmas Eve or Christmas Day.

1. Amuse: brown butter toast, walnut, crème anglaise, SEA URCHIN
2. Gather: kelp, koji oil, salt-roasted root vegetables, NORTHERN DIVINE CAVIAR
3. Catch: pumpkin seeds, pipian rojo, fine greens, GRILLED OCTOPUS
4. Hook: black kale, potato, meyer lemon, CRISPY RED SNAPPER
5. Hunt: walla walla onion, salsa macha, corn tortilla, DUCK CARNITAS AND DRY-AGED DUCK BREAST
6. Sweet Remedy: milk chocolate mousse, candied chestnuts, spiced pear sorbet, CHESTNUT CAKE
